Don't even think about it Tank

Damon dressed for a cold morning wearing a pair of grey sweatpants with a long sleeved white sweatshirt. He grabbed the leash for Tank who was barking then jumping up and down trying to knock him over just to get it attached to his collar. "Tank calm down boy, it's still gonna be there when we get out there." Damon said laughing softly as he started getting licked all across his face by his rottweiler. He then opened the door leading him out to go towards the nearby park which in fact he had to drive to. Damon didn't mind though he loved taking him to the park even though it was about 2 miles away from their home. He opened the door to his Chevy pick-up truck and Tank jumped into it after having done a running start to get in. He had steps that could be used for Tank to walk up into the truck but he liked jumping in it. Damon got in and started the engine then drove down the long driveway then ten minutes later arrived at the park. "Alright boy let's go but first let's grab your Frisbee and ball." He said as he grabbed the blue Frisbee and his bright yellow tennis ball. The park was void of any life except a woman and her down at the end of the park, he smiled and led Tank over to a large clearing.

It was a cold morning, a perfect day to take Maya her huskey out for a nice walk around the park. Sophia grabbed Maya's leash as Maya her dog lifted her head off her paws and looked up at her and barked. "Yeah that's right girl, were going on a walk!"said said Sophia as Maya gotten up from her dog bed and walked over towards her. Putting the blue leash on her Sophia giggled as Maya licked her face. "One second girl, lets get your ball and throw toy and we'll be ready to go."said Sophia softly. Grabbing her ball and toys and keys they headed out the door. They weren't that far from the park so they could walk to it. After a few minute they entered the park and Sophia smiled. "Ok Maya lets play fetch."said Sophia softly as she gotten Maya's as Maya barked happily. "Sit."said Sophia as Maya sat and waited as Sophia removed her leash. "Go get it!"said Sophia as she threw the ball as Maya ran after it.

Damon took Tank off his leash and was about to throw his ball when Tank took off over to where the other dog was. "Tank! No, get over here now!" Damon yelled runninf after the dog trying to grab him but the dog kept avoiding him. He attempted to grab his collar once but ended up flat on his face. He got up still running after the rotweiler hoping that Tank would finally stop but to no avail. Tank finally stopped right in front of a woman and was looking up at her expectantly. Damon ran over out of breath and covered in mud from having to chase Tank. "I'm terribly sorry Miss, I don't know what came over him. He never takes off like that and I'm sorry if he is disturbing you in anyway." Damon apologized as he put Tank's leash back on wondering what had gotten into him.

"It's quite alright, I love dogs and no one was harm."said Sophia softly as Maya came back and dropped her ball in front of her. "You thirsty girl?"Sophia asked her dog softly as she barked at her. "One second, I'll get you some water."said Sophia as she gotten a bottle of water out. "What a pretty dog you have, I used to have one just like it but sadly he died last year."said Sophia frowning. Putting Maya's leash back on her Sophia stood up and shook her head. "Silly me where are my manners? I'm Sophia, Sophia Granger."said Sophia sticking out her hand for him to shake. As Maya barked at her she looked at her and frowned. "Oh I'm so sorry Maya."said Sophia taking her water dish out and setting it on ground as she poured the water into her dish as Maya started drinking the water.

"Yeah he likes seeing new people and he happens to like taking off without me having a hold on him. I'm Damon, Damon Fields and this is Tank, his named that because he'll run over you like one." Damon said looking at her smiling as Tank sat down right on his feet. Then proceeded to try and grab his attention so he ended up almost knocking him over. Damon started petting him softly as Tank began licking his hand and wiggling intently on the attention. "Your dog is beautiful, what's her name? She's a beautiful Huskey and has great coloring. Is she full blood?" Damon said smiling then fell back as Tank finally knocked him over, he fell flat on his back. "Tank that was so wrong you attention hog." He said laughing softly petting the dog as he laid across his midsection.

"Nice to meet you Damon, and hello Tank."said Sophia as she petted Tank's head and laughed her tinkling bell laugh as he wagged his tail happily. Sophia nodded when he asked if she was a full blooded husky. "Yes she is, and her name is Maya I named her after one of the dogs on this muggle movie call eight below."said Sophia softly. Luaghing her tinkling bell laugh Sophia looked down at him and laughed. "Are you ok?"Sophia asked him softly. "Don't feel bad, Maya does that to me all the time but right now I guess she's just a bit wore out from playing fetch."said Sophia.

"Yeah I'm fine he does it all the time with me. She's beautiful, Tank is a german rotweiler and he's not even completely grown yet. He'll get about five more inches as well as about forty more pounds, so he'll be huge." Damon said smiling as he stood up before Tank could lay down on him. He dusted himself off making sure that he didn't have any mud on his backside, then stood up straight. Tank barked and was nudging at the frisbee wanting to play so Damon flicked it towards the open field, Tank jumped and caught the frisbee two feet in the air. He smiled softly knowing that Tank has caught it higher than that and he knew this was a warm up for the dog. Tank came back with the frisbee waging his tail happily and excitedly. "Good boy Tank. Good boy." Damon said as Tank sat down in front him holding the frisbee out.
