There are some jobs on PA that are very necessary to the site. They keep the site plots and personal plots moving. We are always looking for the right people to fill those slots. These jobs come with not just fun but with some important site responsibilities as well. Here is the whole list. Here are some of the most important rules that go with these jobs, but there may be more for a specific job, depending on where site plot is, etc.
1. No more than a 2 weeks absence without sufficient notice from admin staff. if it goes too long, even if its under acceptable circumstances, the staff may need to replace those posts to keep the site moving.
2. Players in those roles MUST post regularly and take initiative to keep their groups moving and posting. They need to show creativity and leadership. Regular players/posters tend to, therefore, be considered before periodic posters, and very often are chosen by either the head admin or a consensus of the admins to try to match the player to the job.
3. Willingness to take direction of admin staff is a must.
