Have you ever been banned?

Just curious.. but has anyone here ever been banned from something? Like.. a game, a server, a website? Anything? Even temporarily?

got my perma ban changed to a 10-day temp ban.. soo... least that happened, but I give up.

Back when I was much younger I was on this one site. I was really annoying back when I was like 10-13, ask anyone on the site. I had a 5 day ban for breaking some rule. I can't remember what rule it was exactly xD

I was banned twice. Once in chatroom for... erm, giving away free PS links (XD) and the other time was when I was 16 and I got in an argument with the site administrator. We still hate each other. XD

Nope. And, from my end of things, although we'd like to not ever have to do it on pa, i have seen other sites who seem to act perhaps quicker than some of us on pa would. not saying who is right or wrong. just saying.

Never permanently, but I earned myself some pretty lengthy temp bans as a result of both IC and OOC language, and IC violence in threads. Evidently, I don't "belong on PG-13 forums". =P

Oh, when chatrooms were popular I was an active troll. When they banned you, you'd get banned for like, 15 minutes at a time and then be able to go back in.

I've only been banned once from a forum, for explaining to the site makers some errors in fact that they'd made because I used to live in the place they set it. I wasn't demanding they change anything, just supplying some information they could have used if they wanted to.

Oh, and once I got banned because I refused to tell the admins my real name. Um, sorry but I don't share my personal information on the internet. LIVE WITH IT.

I think it really does depend on the admins of the site.

I've been banned from many a site.

I've been around since 2001 role playing so I have had my opportunities that's for sure. I was banned from one web site because I called out the owner on god modding. I've been banned for being a general nuisance. I used to spam a lot back in the day and I was banned for trolling on multiple web sites. Ezboard, proboards, invisionfree; forummotion, yuku, yahoo, you name it I've probably been banned.
