Early Years: Eulalia was born in the mid-eighties, so grew up relatively untouched by conflict. Coming from a family of very traditional wizards and witches, Eulalia learnt many of her more obscure skills at her mother's knee.
Hogwarts Years: Eulalia ought to have been sent to Hogwarts when she was eleven, however a rash of murders in the wizarding world and news of a certain Dark Lord's return caused her parents to take responsibility for her education themselves.
Instead, she was sorted when she was thirteen, along with many other students who were in the same position. After this, Eulalia did tolerably well in her studies, however much she treated them as a chore.
Adulthood: The first thing Eulalia did after her graduation was book an around-the-world tour with Terrortours. It was her fancy to see all of the major magical sites of the world before she needed to settle down and get some dull, dreary job.
After a series of such jobs, Eulalia had saved up enough money to purchase premises of her own. At 28, she rented the former premises of Borgin and Burkes Antiquities and began trading.
Borgin and Burkes soon became known for its eccentric owner and the homestyle cooking of the newly installed cafe. If you could call it a cafe. It was really no more than a gigantic, cast iron cauldron set over the hearth, and the only thing it ever sold was a hearty stew. But some did say that if you paid her an extra galleon, Eulalia could tell your fortune by looking into your bowl.
