Just a few bits and bobs.
Welcome to the site, it's always lovely to see someone new. I hope you have a great time here on PA
However there's just a bit that needs fixing so far.
Obviously you've left a few things out, but here's some stuff that needs fixing for what you've already done.
First, she's quite a dark character, but you've left her neutral. She might be interested in joining the Dark Followers. They work with the Death Eaters but are a sort of student based following. Just a thought.
Next, there may be some issues with the character's species, as she's not a full human, and generally we don't allow new members to have non-human characters, like it says. I think that the 1/4 veela bit would be fine, but I'm less confident about the vampirisism. Any chance that could be dropped, or is it essential to your character?
Also, for the general appearance you've sorta done a bit of a dot point summary. We prefer what you did for the personality, the in depth paragraph, so if you could do that it'd be great.
Otherwise good luck, she seems like a very interesting character, a slytherin, I daresay, but feel free to prove me wrong
