Jack dusted off her hands, cracking her knuckles and rolling her neck. The whole restaurant was more or less staring at her now, as she had not been discreet in her handling of the man. Jack was not typically a discreet person, though she had been known to keep a situation on the down low if it was really important. Showing up a rude man was not such an occassion though. She brished off the stares as easily as she brushed the ash from her clothing. A man collected her victim and she gave him a nod, and the man was escorted outside. The ashen-faced man made rude gestures at her and with a smile she flashed a choice finger, just so quick and brief that no one else noticed.
She could be discreet if she wanted.
A waitress approached and Jack said, "I'd still like my order, please. I'll wait for an opening to sit down." The waitress nodded and hurried off. The elder man who had served as escort returned and approached Jack. At his words she nodded. "We do what we have to," was all she said regarding his observation. At his suggestion, she smirked and said, "Ah, but I like to give the crowd a show." He held out a hand and she took it, firmly shaking it with the strength of an equal. "Nice to meet you. Jack Dyllan."
