Jess entered Madam Malkin's (a rather silly name, given how much times had changed). He was in need of some new robes, you see. His old ones had worn out... like, really, really worn out... to the point that he was wearing his muggle clothes in Diagon Alley. That wouldn't work well, would it?

So, there he was, waiting patiently at the counter for someone to serve him.

Cecilia had been refolding cloths around the store when she heard the bell over the door open. Walking toward the front counter she noticed Professor Potter. “Good morning Professor,” She greeted him cheerfully, “How may I help you?” she tucked her hair back behind her ear moving it out of her face.

Jessica watched out the corner of her eye at how Cecilia handled her first real costumer of the day. Jess was stood with the men's suits and folded the shirts back into the right colored piles after some nice person the previous day had mixed them all up. Moving down some steps she walked up beside Cecilia and smiled to her " everything ok here Cecilia" she asked and looked toward Jess Potter. " Good morning Mr Potter, how are things for you this fine day" she asked " we have a fine selection of clothes and grooming equipment , as you know things here have changed since the original owners day" she looked at Cecilia. " Some times a little encouraging word about the products helps " she said.
