A new Line

Jess received several boxes from Fiona who she had asked to do a new line in children's wear she opened each box and marked down what was in each off her list and smiled at how fine the stitching was. She knew Fiona was a good seamstress and smiled knowing she would get a good price for her stuff. Jess wanted Kate's opinion on the new line and so kept them in the back room till Kate could see them all. she found beautiful blankets and crib accessories that she'd embroidered Jess laid out about three a long with the dresses and tee shirts she found. All were exquisitely embroidered.

Kate was throughly enjoying going back into Diagon Alley. She didn't even mind the brisk winter cold. She was carrying a box of Angus's scones. She had gotten them earlier when she had stopped at Khaat's. She stifled a yawn as she entered the shop.

"Oh, excuse me" she said, "Good morning, Jess. I didn't mean to yawn. Robert and I were up all night last night. It seems our unicorns have finally decided to give us a foal. It finally happened in the wee hours of the morning. Everyone is well. Unicorn foals are so beauiful and getting more rare all the time. I hope you have coffee brewing in the back. Oh, and Angus sent us a box of fresh scones. I stopped at Khaat's before I came in. Abbey woke up with the sniffles and Robert sent his cold remedy so Khaat could ward off a cold before Abbey really gets it."

Jess smiled seeing Kate and smelling the scones " ow that's wonderful and that's so true they are" she chuckled at Kate asking about the coffee " I learn from the best there is a fresh pot just made " she said and smiled as she took the scones and placed them next to the coffee maker. " we got the new line from Fiona there looking batter than her last batch I think that new sewing machine is working out great for her " she said and pored two cups one for herself and one for Kate " here this should keep you awake for a while, Andrew finally got over his cold I hope Abby doesn't come down too bad with it " she said moving to give Kate her cup.

She moved to one box and took out some rag dolls and she chuckled " well Fiona out did her self with these " she said and sat them in front of Kate
