Cheer up!

Darien was all alone, as usually, and walked towards a shop, he heard about few weeks ago. Yes, he was really... really not knowing what was going on in the world. His hands were in his pockets, when he entered Weasley's Wizards Wheezes and looked around, tired. He probably was the most annoyed person there, but he was just curious, what was about this shop everyone talked about. Dar held back his yawn and moved on, avoiding all them happy people, who were there and shopping, in good mood. Yea, now he understood, that he should have waited for better mood before going there, he was like black dot on white paper there.

Jack was glad her plot to get customers had worked. Throwing around all of those flyers at the new year's eve bash had been a great, effective way of advertising, because they had been busy, busy, busy. She even had to hire another staff member, seeing as she juggled this job with the one at the Ministry. Now that business was booming, she needed the help.

She was moving through the crowd, pointing out special effects and prices, bartering with cheap-os like herself who wanted the best deal. That was when she bumped in to a sour looking young man. She grinned at him, saying, "Sorry about that." She almost moved past but she reached into her satchel (Weasley brand bag, bulging with merchandise) and held out a cream puff. "Would you like a free sample?"

She doubted he would know it was a Canary Cream.

"Oh, that's okay... I'm too slow here," Darien said, when someone apologised. He was almost like standing there in one place and wveryone else was rushing by, knowing, what they want and Darien was like... yeah. He didn't know exactly, what he was doing there.
"Um... what is this?" he asked. He was obviously new there and he only knew that this shop is famous because of it's weird and funny products. Laughter really was something Darien needed... because he was so serious all the time. And now, looking again at the girl, he understood, thet she was working there. Well. Awkward or what?

Jack was usually far less hostile when she worked at the shop, because she was surrounded by the chaotic enviroment of mischief and pranks. The shop was colorful and loud, and with all the excitement in the air and the customers that swarmed and crowded each other, Jack had no need to go and seek some sort of trouble or craziness- not here.

He apologized for his speed and she laughed. "As long as you are buying, you could be on all hands and fours for all I care!" Jack did need the money. It didn't pay to stay late at the Ministry- government workers never recieved as much pay as people assumed they did. If more people spent their money here, Jack would be much better off. To answer his question, she answered, "Just creams for your enjoyment."

Darien laughed quietly and nodded. "Yeah... I guess I have to buy something, since I'm here." Since he was willing to get out of his house, he should buy something, too. When she answered, Darien looked at her in suspect. "Um... I guess I'll pass." He smiled a bit. Yea, it was kinda too dangerous. "Anyways, what do you recommend me to buy? What are these.. things?" He was obviously new there. And he was really confused because of all these people and... that was too much for him. It was loud and he felt kinda uncomfortable there. Yeah, loud...

Jack grinned as he agree that he would porbably buy something. Jack was not greedy, and money was definitely not her focus. Going through Hogwarts, she had to work hard for every book, every cauldron, every ingredient she needed. She did not want more than she needed... However, her rent check was not going to disapparate.

He waved away the candy and she shrugged. So he had not taken the bait, ah well. She would run into a braver customer, she was sure. She dropped the candy into a little basket with its counterparts and glanced at the items he was gesturing to. "Oh. Those are our quills. We have different kinds- our Smart Answer, Self Inking and Spell Checking varieties. They're bloody useful."
