Hello PAers.
I've noticed that many people aren't actually aware of how to get your tier level upgraded, particularly the newer members amongst us seem to face this problem.
The answer is that originally, admins were meant to monitor each character minimally and give promotions where they saw fit, however we're really not able to do this, there's too many of you, too few of us, and two many variables.
So, I figured that I would open up a tier change topic, which can be found in the claims forum, under the character section of the site, in which you can apply to have your tier level changed (link can be found below)
All the details on how to apply are in that topic, so I would encourage all members to check it in case some of your characters are elegible for a change in tiers. You never know, that tier four you have could in fact be a tier 3
