Everyone is getting excited for Halloween, and just before the weekend arrives, notices are sent out everywhere for students and adults to read.
Hogsmeade:
Halloween is here everybody! The one time of the year that Muggles all over the world, are more easily able to accept that Witches and Wizards roam the world. No longer are you forced to dress up like Muggles to fit in, because everyone is dressing up to fit in with YOU! So here’s the deal… Grindelwald has decided to show what a nice Minister of Magic he is, and is throwing a Wizarding World Wide Halloween Party!
Because of the lockdown he’s already got in place for Hogwarts, he has decided to open up Halloween Weekend as a Hogsmeade weekend, and let everybody have the night of their lives! That doesn’t mean Hogwarts won’t be decked out as well. Some of the activities that Hogsmeade will be open for this Halloween are:
Trick or Treating: visit your favorite shops in Hogsmeade and get as much candy as you want! This is open to all ages, so even you 7th years go ahead and get some candy!
Shrieking Shack Tour: You’ve heard the rumors, you know to stay away, but our expert guides aren’t afraid! Follow your teachers into this forbidden place and take part in a tour, that details every horrific death that happened there. Not scary enough for you? Well the tour also has some special… ‘guests’ that you will meet along your journey through the dark hallways of this magnificent Shack.
For the Grads!!
Come spend some time with your friends who haven’t quite graduated yet. Come say hello at a dance held in the Three Broomsticks, party hard with the Ministry of Magic Band! (A DJ will be provided for all music requests, please keep it Halloween or Wizarding World Related!)
Any age is allowed to trick or treat! So bring your family to a wonderful night out in Hogsmeade, meet teachers, and talk to students, or join a student group into the Shrieking Shack! It’s all up to you!!
Hogwarts:
But students! No need to spend your entire time in Hogsmeade! There will also be entertainment right at the school! From the regular Halloween Feast, complete with live bats and pumpkins, there will also be a Halloween Dance! The Weird Sisters have thrown together their new hit album, and can’t wait to premier it all to you that night! So don’t miss out!
Also! A Haunted House on the grounds. But this isn’t your normal haunted house, say hello to Grindylows and Merpeople as this Haunted House goes into the lake! Follow the winding passages made of glass as you tour the lake bottom, say hello to the Giant Squid, and say hello to our newest addition, Nessie! Recently transported to the Lake due to to many sightings in her native home of Loch Ness.

Diagon Alley:
Feel Trick or treating isn’t right for you? Want something really scary for your enjoyment? Take a ‘haunted’ tour through Gringotts! Get on a cart and whizz down to some of the scariest places in Gringotts! Complete with ghosts, dragons, and goblins galore!
All shops will be open Halloween night, so say hello to your favorite shop owners! Stalls will be outside of the shops for your shopping pleasure, and trick or treating will be available for the little ones to get some candy if you can’t make it out to Hogsmeade!
So come join us all in a fun weekend, no work! Just fun! And don’t forget to say Hello to your Minister of Magic, Grindelwald, who will be up and about during these fun activities!

So guys.. this is the fun part!!
Be anywhere, go anywhere, do anything. The only thing that can’t happen is a Student to be in Diagon Alley, or a Grad to be in Hogwarts, simple as that, you may BOTH be in Hogsmeade, and please interact!
Also, there will be some new fun added, Haunted Tours will need to have some things happening in them, want to be a Merperson? Or a Ghost? A goblin? There will be accounts open for anyone who wishes to be one!

A small reminder, if you want to play these characters, make sure you play them correctly and do not spam it! And please keep all characters in their respected areas, do not post as a goblin in the Haunted House, but Ghosts are allowed in Diagon Alley, or anywhere!
