Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The room was spacious enough, dark paneled walls, lots of bookshelves, and many cabinets covered the walls. After Felix had been taken to Azkaban, he had lost most of his worldly possessions, and had had to start from the ground up. Of course, the people who had raided his first apartment, had somehow managed to skip over a special book collection of Felix's, and those books sat proudly in display cases around the room, locked with magical charms so that only he could get into them. If someone tried to break into them, an alarm went off that immediately alerted Felix of the issue. He valued these seven books greatly, and made sure no one touched them again.

A dark wood desk sat facing the majority of the room, a window directly behind it, and some more bookshelves and desks behind it. A large rolling chair sat behind the desk, and this is where Felix was sat, staring at a book, writing notes down and making up homework. Being a teacher had subdued him for the moment, because no matter how hard he tried, he had to work if he wanted to keep this position and stay in good graces with Grindelwald, and for the first time in his entire life, Felix felt like he could breath. No longer was he expected to do bad things, and he could go out into daylight without being tracked down and attempted to be killed. It was an incredibly freeing feeling, to the point where he didn't even mind being separated from Naomi. She also needed to get used to being seen out in public, the newspaper had called for the public to leave them alone, and so far people had done just that, possibly out of fear that they would kidnap and torture their children and family members, or simply because they believed they had been wrongly accused, whatever it was, it had made it possible for Felix to buy Naomi a new house, new clothes, and even a muggle car. He just hoped she could get used to it, it was a long term, and he was here, and she was out there somewhere, hopefully she wouldn't forget about him.

Felix stared at the paper in front of him before he pushed it away and ran his hand through his hair, staring at the wall across the room from him. He stood up and went over to one of the display cases in the room, muttering some words under his breath as he tapped the lid with his wand. The lid creaked open and he pulled out the heavy book from the inside, moving over to his desk, he sat down and flipped open a few pages, some of the pages had pictures, some were just words, but it was obvious what they were, a complete bio to everyone he had ever met during his first year at Hogwarts. He turned some pages, reading a few passages and smiling. It was a large book, and there were seven more display cases, one for each year, and then one more that was smaller, that was hidden in a desk drawer, one that he made for all of his years after school, and there had been a large increase in information from that one recently.

So Felix sat, reading through his old book, his neat printed handwriting easily readable, as he scanned the words he had written long ago, in a time when he had been happy, carefree, and lived the life of luxury.
