Jack finished up the memo she was planning on sending to the Spirit Department. It was really simple and to the point, and she hoped it was not so much so that she irritated the department and made them think she was putting her nose where it did not belong. If they did feel that way, well, she honestly did not care. She had a right to this, given officially by Zoe, given unofficially by life or whatever it was that made her tied to a certain troublesome poltergeist.
She signed the memo so it now read,
Dear Spirit Specialists,
For some this may be news, but I would just like to remind you all that any and all information regarding the poltergeist Vito Dee Symons needs to be run through me, and any intended interviews, confrontations, etcetera, also need to be run by me. If any of you would like to dispute this, send your concerns to Ms Gould who can put those at ease.
Best regards,
Jack Dyllan
She folded the memo into an airplane and with a flick of her wand, duplicated it so that there was one per specialist. With another flick, the airplanes rose up and zoomed off to the correct cubicles. She glanced at the clock and thought to herself that she had a few moments free. She headed off for the water cooler and poured herself some water that she sipped at, taking a quick break from her busy, busy life.
