GENERAL APPEARANCE: Kevin's hair is slick with a blond color. He has bright green eyes. He is average size for a kid his age. He was kinda thin but not too much. He is a height of 4'9 and makes it seem that he's taller than some people. He has a birthmark on his elbow that looks like a skull. No one really know what it is. Kevin's facial appearance usually looks like he just had a good laugh or someone just pissed him off greatly.

His greatest desire is for him to have all of is family together.Keven really resents his dad and doesn't want anything to do with him. He even calls him a jerk in front of his mom. Kevin can get angry when needed to. At times, Kevin can be the meanest and most sarcastic person you may know. You don't want to piss this little Ravenclaw off.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: When Kevin was born that cool Autumn day of November 18, they say the world changed because of his birth. They all thought he would grow up to become a great success. Kevin was born to Jake West and Catherine Elizabeth. At first, Jake didn't think the mixture of Muggle and Magic blood was an abomination but when things changed him, he thought of his whole family as muskrats. Nothing more. He left Kevin, Catherine, and Matthew West, Kevin's brother, alone to struggle in a middle-class life. Catherine provided for her family and swore she would never give up on them.
Jake went on to be a powerful, individual Dark Wizard. He soon became a Death Eater seeking nothing more but power. When Kevin was old enough to understand, he swore to get revenge of his git of a father. No one would get away like that. Kevin tended to be a little closed after that. To not allow anyone to break his heart again, he almost never let anybody in. But when Kevin set off for Hogwarts, that changed.
Hogwarts Years: When Kevin headed off to Hogwarts, he was kinda secretive at first. But when he got friends, he started to learn that pushing people away wouldn't help him. He befriended many fellow students such as Hitame Higurashi and Misty Shadowcrest. Many more accepted him as their friend. The low point of his stay at Hogwarts was Halloween. Kevin was among the ones who were kidnapped by a Death Eater. It was a horrible experience.

When Kevin was planing to infiltrate the ministry to find out the information on past ministers, his friends thought it was crazy but he would have to take a risk. He held onto the portkey and went away. He was now at the entrance. He held his invisibilty cloak over him and snuck through the doors. He saw all kinds of Ministry workers in the atrium. It was beautiful in there.
"Okay Kevin you can do this," he whispered to himself. He went down the floors to go to the Minister's office. He slipped through the doors with no attention drawn and went to the Minister's desk. "Wow! There's a lot of interesting stuff in this desk!" he said to himself. Instead of worrying about past Ministers, he found a file called Death Eater. He was curious. He saw a list of dark wizards that were suspected Death Eaters and used to follow the Dark Lord, now that he was dead.
"Okay Time to get out of here!" he said. He put the invisibility cloak back over him and ran out through the doors. But attention was drawn. He was seen and he tripped over is cloak and he showed. "Your in big trouble young man!" An elderly man screamed. He tried to take Kevin by the arm but Kevin slipped out and ran away. He forgot his cloak. He ran back to get it and zoomed back out. He made a run to the elevators before they caught him and went back to the atrium. He heard alarms sounding. He went through the doors again and he was out. He caught another portkey back home.
