Meet Sevastian - codename, Sevvy. He's Elijah and Cecilia's third
cousin and is of Russian-Bulgarian descent. He's a fun-loving yet
thoughtful character who spends more time inside his own head
than he does the rest of the world. He adores brightly coloured
shoe laces and old Muggle movies. He's primarily a friend for life
and if anyone can put up with his moodswings then they are more
than welcome to befriend him. He, like most other Krums, will do
anything they set their heart on so once his mind is made up -
despite it usually taking a while in Sev's case - there is no point
trying to change it so he's not an easy person to manipulate though
people have tried. He likes the odd, the unusual and the just plain
old weird. He's more afraid of Werewolves than he'd care to admit
and Vampires creep him out to no end. Buy him something fluffy and
cute and you'll be his friend forever. He's also a good shopper so
feel free to take him on shopping escapades! ;D

Friendies! ;D Sevastian loves these and so he'll welcome
them with open arms. When he befriends someone then they
are his friend for life - no exceptions. He's definitely one of
the best friends a guy or a girl could ever hope to have!

Sevastian is betrothed but that doesn't mean he's
note allowed to fool around a bit before his wedding.
He's hoping for something better than what he's got
but he knows it's useless dreaming. What Sevastian
would love is to find someone to take a risk on - to find
someone who would really make him want to leave the
family for them. He wants to find someone that makes
his skin tingle and his lips twitch upwards every time he
sees them. He wants to find someone he'll give his life
for and the thing is...that could be anyone. Sevastian
could fall in love with anyone. He has had more than a
few crushes and they have been mostly unrequited. It
saddens him, sure, but he is forever optimistic and
incredibly patient where love is concerned.

Well, everyone has enemies. Sevastian doesn't
begrudge them of their opinion as they have a right
to it. He tends to stay out of their way - for his own
happiness as much as theirs.

Well.. I'm sure Mira knows him, being Eli's cousin and everything. You mentioned mood swings. Mira is (obviously) the same way so there is the possibility of some explosiveness there. But of course they might get along too. I think it's all up to you xD

They'd be friends I think. I don't know, though. Elijah and Sevastian aren't exactly close but Sev and Cec are so that could be how Mira knows him well. Or they could just be friends off of their own backs. lol
