It was kind of hard not to be by the lake when you didnt have much friends. When she kind of figured out about everything in her life, Mitchel really loved to goto the lake and be alone. this day was one of those days that she just wanted to sit and do nothing until there was something better to do. Why was it that she couldnt ever think of anything to do until it was already to late? That was confusing to Mitchel. that was exactly why she sat at the lake that day, To think about anything and everything.

Ryo walked out to the great lake after being in the common room doing nothing for a while. He had been thinking about his family, mostly about his sister who he hasn't seen in a while. He wanted to get some fresh air and he figured the lake would be the best place to get it. When he got there he saw a girl sitting alone. I didn't think anyone would be out here, guess i was wrong.. he thought as he walked up to the girl. "Hey, what's a girl like you doing out here by yourself?" he asked her. He sat down next to her as he waited for a reply.

Mitchy had always liked the lake even if she wasnt alone. She was also glad she didnt have to wear her glasses while just sitting there. Then she heard a voice and looked up to see a kid maybe around her age who was in the same house as her. "What do you mean by a girl like me?" She asked kind of confused. Why would he care why she was out there. All she knew was that not many people cared what she was doing or why she was doing it as long as she stayed out of everyones way.

Ryo looked at the girl and just smiled. "I mean that you don't seem like someone who would be here by youself that's all." he told her. She seems like a nice girl. But then again looks can fool... he thought as he stared at the girl. "My name's Ryo by the way.Ryo Hiroku. What's your name" he asked her. He looked at his reflection in the lake while he waited for her to answer him. I look like i just woke up. Guess that's the result of not sleeping right for a few days Ryo laughed softly at his thought.

"So i dont seem like someone who has nothing better to do than be alone? Thats actually exactly who i am. Im the type to be out here alone all day while everyone else is inside playing around and doing nothing." Mitchy said. the kid looked different then most other hufflepuffs she had seen around. "Hi Ryo.. My name is Mitchel.... Mitchel Landon. you cant call me Mitchy. Or Chi, Or any other nick names that come to mind." Mitchel smiled slightly as she said so.

"Not at all. You don't seem like the type to alone at all to me." he told her smiling."I'm usually alone most of the time as well. I don't hang out with anyone except my little sis, her name's Sayuri. But, i haven't heard from her in a while and i'm getting worried that something bad happened to her." he added. He shook his head."So since you're out here by yourself i'm guessing you had nothing better to do?" he asked her. For some reason he felt comfortable talking to Mitchel. Which is something he never felt when he talked to anyone.

"Well.. People think im kind of nerdy.. Because I usually wear glasses and all. I have pretty bad eye sight.. Even though I can see you perfectly fine. Its just that.. Without many friends, Its kind of hard to have a reason to hang around people." Mitchy said as she looked aroind some more. "I actually didnt have anything better to do besides sot around doing whatever I could to keep me occupied until its time to do something worth doing for once."

"Wearing glasses doesn't make someone nerdy. It just makes them different,in a good way." he told her."You don't have many friends? Hard to believe with someone as pretty as you" Ryo said starting to blush. Come on don't blush. I'm just giving her a compliment.. he told himself when he felt his cheeks get warm."If you let me i can be your friend." Ryo told her smiling his usual goofy smile now. He only did that with his friends and he felt that she was his friend even if she didn't want him to be her friend.

"If you let me be your friend, whenever you're bored or something you can always count on me to be there for you and to hang out with you." he said still smiling. The blushing went away. But now Ryo felt kind of goofy. He looked at the lake and saw his goofy smile. Wow, it's wider than ever. I've never smiled like this before. he thought as he looked back at Mitchel.
