FULL NAME: Noah Brant Archer

NICKNAMES: None, but aliases include The Wiccan, or that crazy kid in a mask.

AGE: 16, 6th year

ALLEGIANCE: Himself.

HOGWARTS HOUSE: Gryffindor or Hufflepuff.

WAND TYPE: 2 wands, actually.
New- Elm and unicorn hair. Was broken down and remade into a set of rings long ago, which he now wears while crusading.
Original- Blackthorn and veela hair. This was the wand he received from Ollivanders, although he was a curious case in that no wand fully accepted him. Ollivander believed it was because he was destined to have a different wand, but couldn’t think of what wand it could be.

HAIR COLOR: Brown.

EYE COLOR: Also brown

HEIGHT: 5'7

BODY TYPE: Stocky. Fit in the cardio sense, but not particularly strong (he does a lot of running. Not so much lifting)

GENERAL APPEARANCE: He's a pretty average kid. Longer hair than most guys, but he doesn't really mind it until it gets in his eyes. He's pretty dirty, since he doesn't really like taking...baths? Showers? (How do they get clean at Hogwarts?) But it isn't incredibly obvious or anything. Just some greasy hair.

CHARACTER STRENGTHS AND SKILLS:
Creativity- Noah is constantly coming up with innovative solutions for problems. Issues only come up when his ideas get too complicated.
Bravery- Not to be confused with "stupidity".
Passion- He really likes what he does. Considering "what he does" is dress up in a cape cloak and harass people, this is slightly disturbing
A strong sense of JUSTICE!- Self explanatory, really. Overlaps with "passion" and "bravery"

CHARACTER WEAKNESSES:
Stupidity- Not to be confused with "bravery".
Sexism- Not like women belong in the kitchen or anything, but fighting on the front lines? Really?
Women- Stems from "sexism" and overlaps with "stupidity". Will not hit a girl. Will instantly believe anything a girl says, unless a prettier girl comes along and tells him differently.

CHARACTER LIKES:
Fighting Crime- As long as when you say crime, you actually mean students cheating or lying or stealing. Not a lot of actual crime at Hogwarts per se, but he does the best he can.
Fighting in general- There's a certain thrill to it. Also, he gets to set people's pants on fire.
Being him- Because what's not to like?
Witty one liners- HAVE AT YE!


CHARACTER DISLIKES:
Evil- Tends to vary on what kind of mood he's in.
The Death Eaters/Dark Followers- Overlaps with "Evil", really, but he has a special place in his heart for these guys. And by his heart, I mean a fiery pit of hell.
Smartasses- Because they're annoying. And usually smarter than him.

GOALS:
To be the best Wiccan he can
To pass on the mantle of The Wiccan to someone who deserves it
To Rid Hogwarts of the Dark Followers before graduating

QUIRKS:
Has a habit of narrating his life comic book style, in the first person. Often done under his breath, but will occasionally let the world hear (especially when fighting as The Wiccan) Also provides his own sound effects.

DEMENTOR: His mom killing an Order member in front of him.

PERSONALITY:

Meet not so mild mannered Noah Archer. He’s a bit of a loudmouth, which tends to get him in trouble a lot, with both teachers and other students. He’s universally regarded as both stupid and untalented (while the stupid part is true, the untalented not so much - he was originally intended to use The Wiccan Rings, and so his wand didn’t completely accept him) and he plays the part fairly well.

But all that changes when he becomes The Wiccan. As his heroic alter-ego, Noah is suave, powerful, and ready to kick ass. Still stupid though (and many would like to disagree with “suave” and “powerful”) Noah deliberately deepens his voice and holds himself straighter, and has an annoying tendency to chuck peruvian instant darkness powder when he needs to make a quick escape.

FATHER: An Order member his Mom had a one night stand with. She then killed him. Even if she knew his name, she wouldn’t tell Noah.

MOTHER: Sandra Archer, (ex) leader of the death eaters.

SIBLING(S): None. That he knows of, anyway.

OTHER: Nope.

BLOOD STATUS: Pureblood, though he suspects his father was muggle born.

RACE: Human

SOCIAL STATUS: Poor. Sandra is fairly well off, but it’s not like she’s going to give Noah anything.

OTHER POSSESSIONS:
The infamous Mask of The Wiccan. The Mask is a magical artifact that conceals the wearer’s identity through a curious method of only-slightly-illegal mind magic. Essentially, it boils down to this: The only way to learn The Wiccan’s true identity is to have him remove the mask in front of you. No matter how much evidence you find, your thoughts will always skirt around the truth, coming up with increasingly bizarre rationalizations. You may realize you are being irrational, but you just can’t think of how...

In addition, the Mask reshapes itself with each new bearer to best suit their personality. It has been everything from a traditional superhero costume complete with a cape to a bit of underwear and a single sleeve. The form it takes for Noah is a large cloak which always obscures his face.

Early Years: Noah was born out of a one night stand that Sandra was too lazy to correct. She had been trying to get information out of a known Order associate and had gone a bit too far. He was dead by morning, but the deed was done. Sandra stayed away from the public eye until his birth, when she half raised him in her sparse apartment. Mostly he sat and watched television, or looked at pictures in his mother’s few books. Eventually his mother left forever. Noah didn’t mind - he figured he was better off without her anyway. He could get food from the elderly neighbors in the apartment next to them, and since the myriad enchantments over the apartment prevented anyone but him and his mother from entering, nobody ever bothered him.

Hogwarts Years: For his first, second, and much of his third year, Noah angsted. He is not proud of those years. He angsted about being poor, about having an evil mom, about probably being destined to follow in her evil footsteps. He angsted a lot. Most of the time, actually.

However, in the middle of his third year, Noah was found by a seventh year, Amadeus Cho. Amadeus took him to a special place in the Room of Requirement, and told him he was destined to be The Wiccan.

The Wiccan is a tradition in Hogwarts, started when the monster of Slytherin was released for the first time. A brave and noble student by the name of Kirby Callow created The Wiccan, a costumed superhero to stand for justice and truth in the dark times of Hogwarts. Since then the mantle of The Wiccan has been passed down through the generations. Unfortunately, due to the untimely death of one of The Wiccans, there was no Wiccan during Harry Potter’s years at Hogwarts.

Noah accepted The Wiccan, and became the new one upon Amadeus’ graduation. He now patrols the school, keeping an eye out for EVIL.

1) What skills does he have? When reading this I envisioned him to be a bit of an overdone hero, Ummm. Kick ass style. Beyond the mask I didn't see any defining powers. Is he just an ordinary Wizard with a mask and a thirst for justice.
2) What powers would he have? Are you just gonna walk around attacking evil doers?

That's basically it, just define that general sort of thing and it should be good.
