Lorcan watched the whole show with an uncertain look on his face, though he also smiled at the silliness of the girl. Upside down, it did look like she was frowning very deeply, and it was all quite amusing. "Umm well, yes I guess it does," Lorcan replied, chuckling. I was just proving someone wrong. Once again, the smile was replaced by a confused look as Lorcan opened his mouth, about to ask who exactly she was proving wrong. He closed it though when he saw the toad and, understanding, he frowned. Lorcan hoped this girl wasn't mad, mad meaning not quite sane. Still he was a bit surprised actually that even though the girl was quite weird, it was far easier to talk to her than talking to.. Lily Potter for example.
"Its a book about dragons," Lorcan said, looking down at the book. He had almost forgot he was carrying it. "For care of magical creatures homework..." It wasn't, really. He was going to read it for recreational reading, but didn't tell that to the girl. She would just think he was nerdy if he told her that and even though Lorcan didn't talk to many people, he always seemed to be worried about what people thought of him.
