But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Heres a list of the work that you guys need to do, as Sue complains she doesn't know what to do, even though i made a list of what to do a long time ago.

MANAGE CLASSES - somewhat done, by Jess
MANAGE MODERATORS - NOT DONE
DECREASE CONFUSION - this means making topics, sorting out the FAQ's, making a new welcome message, updating the guide, making it easier to navigate around the site, easier for new members to get started etc. NOT DONE.
INCREASE ACTIVENESS - making new topics, creating discussions, RPing. NOT DONE
ADVERTISING - doesn't really need an explaination. NOT DONE
CHANGE GRAPHICS - Dae said he will do this, lucky really as you guys werent getting anywhere..
CHANGE LAYOUT - change the layout to ease confusion. Somewhat done
MANAGE WIDGETS AND MODULES - the widgets are the things at the side..
DIAGON ALLEY - important, we need to change gringotts vaults, change shopkeepers, and use the new money system.
FAQ's - use this a bit more. Add questions and answers
WELCOME MESSAGE - Change it so it helps the new members out


ill add more when more come to mind.

I'll see what can I help with Diagon Alley,but tommorov and those new topics you mentioned.I do have some ideas although I need a day or 2 to write tham,They are not some important ones so I don't know if I need to consult tham with you?

Advertising is on-going, it can't be done/not done. I do a fair bit of advertising though.

SIDEBAR - I think it's too long. It's longer than the index, and THAT is too long. I think we should delete Hogwarts staff, as we don't need it, we have the ranks thread for that.

INDEX - Too long!! How about condensing some things. Make a forum called 'Fueding Forces' and put into it the Ministry, Grimmauld Place & Malfoy Manor which should shorten things.

POST OFFICE - It's in the OOC section yet it's used for IC messages?? Maybe it should be moved into a sub-forum under the Owlery and called 'Letters' or something, then people can 'tag' the threads, like in closed roleplays so, say me, Mari & Zoe send replies to each other in one thead, Davina & Mari in another, etc. etc.

AFFILIATES/LISTINGS - Ok, I want to start doing this. I want to take the current 'Vote for Us' Widget and make it into Affiliates and Listings. There will be a list of buttons of other sites, with votings at the bottom as well, so that won't be deletted, just be extended a bit. This will help advertising LOTS, especially listings. Trust me. I'll do all the work, etc., create buttons, just want to run it by you first.

Ok, opinions?

WELCOME MESSAGE-I thought I fixed that??

ADVERTISING-Now there is a way we can orgainze these. Some of the links don't work. I don't think we need a site that the links don't work. If your intrested in my idea on sorting them let me know.

MANAGE MODERATORS-Give me a list or where to find one and I will do this. I am more than glad to.

I agree Jemzy on moving Hogwarts Staff out of the Widgets.And hm i'll see if i can fix the first widget because werewolves and vampires are closed and half-veelas and half-giants are open.

Seems that last person that took care of that forgat about half-giants.

Ok, right, now. I'm moving Hogwars staff off the widgets, now Mari & Zoe have both agreed & other admins haven't commented.

CONDENSING THE FORUM->
It's waaay too long. The index, I mean. Here's what I think should be done.
Grimmauld Place, Malfoy Manor & Ministry should become subforums under a forum called 'Fueding Forces' or something. Ministry should have no subforums as they're barely used.
Staff Headquarters should be moved under the grounds.
Post Office should be moved under the Owlery as 'Letters' and rules should be made so people use it properly.
Animagus Hangout - it's not being used, really. It should be deleted, and animagus threads should be made in other places. It's not really a place, after all, all the threads in it say 'Great Lake' or w/e, so they should be moved to the Great Lake & called 'Animagus' hanging out by the lake' or something.
Hogwarts Information. It's not roleplay, so why is it under roleplay? The messages, etc. should be moved to Educational Decrees & then we should have a housepoint thread in the Daily Prophet.
Under General Discussion in OOC it doesn't need 9 subforums. Pictures & Politics/News only have one thread, so they can be deletted & moved to other.

Ok, opinions? I'll do it all, I just need opinions from you guys.
